What should I bring to Camp Delta?
You should bring anything that you think you will need for a four day period. This includes, but is not limited to, a sleeping bag/blanket, pillows, toiletries, enough clothes for four days, tennis shoes, etc. It would also be a good idea to bring insect repellent, sunblock, and/or a hat because there are outdoor activities. If your doctor has prescribed medications that you must take on a daily basis, don't forget to bring them along with a written prescription.
For your convenience, a suggested packing list will be posted to the Camp Delta social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram).

Are there activities involving water? Will I need to pack a swimsuit?
There may be a few water activities planned, so a swimsuit is recommended but not necessary.

Are activities scheduled all day? Is there any time to relax?
There are lots of activities planned for each day of the retreat. However, free time is allotted for relaxation and recuperation purposes.

Are retreat attendees allowed to leave the camp site?
There should not be any reason for attendees to leave the camp site without permission from the retreat counselors and staff.
