Will transportation be provided?
No. Retreat attendees are responsible for transportation to and from the campsite. We highly encourage carpooling to save money on gas.

Will food be provided?
Yes. Food will be provided during your entire stay at Camp. On Friday, dinner will be served. On Saturday and Sunday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served. On Monday, breakfast will be served.

What is the living arrangement like?
Attendees will be bunking with their respective family members and counselors. Mattresses, restrooms, and showers will be available.

What should I bring to Camp Delta?
You should bring anything that you think you will need for a four day period. This includes, but is not limited to:​

a sleeping bag/blanket

pillows
-
toiletries
-
enough clothes for four days, tennis shoes, etc.

insect repellent

sunblock
-
a hat for outdoor activities

If your doctor has prescribed medications that you must take on a daily basis, don't forget to bring them along with a written prescription.

For your convenience, a suggested packing list will be posted to the Camp Delta social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram).

Are there activities involving water? Will I need to pack a swimsuit?
There may be a few water activities planned, so a swimsuit is recommended, but not necessary.

Are attendees allowed to leave the camp site?
There should not be any reason for attendees to leave the camp site without permission from the counselors and staff.
COVID 19 GUIDELINEs
**Camp Delta XIII will follow strict COVID-19 guidelines and mandatory vaccinations - with exceptions - that each attendee must agree upon before being accepted**
COVID-19 Testing
Every staff member, attendee, and alumni, even if vaccinated, will take a PCR testing during the week before Camp Delta and submit results in the Google Form.
IF POSITIVE: Quarantine and stay home. Alert directors.
IF NEGATIVE: Quarantine with other attendees/staff members that tested negative or at home if you know it is safe until camp.
*Rapid testing is not recommended due to PCR being more accurate.*
10 days before camp, every individual attending camp will do a pre-staff retreat health screening.

Prior to Camp Delta XIII
Frequently touched surfaces will be sanitized.
Every room will be cleaned and swept for any debris.
Doors and windows will be open to allow fresh air, if feasible.
Every camp bottle and bandana will be marked with a name.
Place signs of protective measures and behaviors to reduce COVID-19.

Entrance to Camp Delta XIII
Upon entrance, Hospitality team will conduct a health check that will include:

Temperature screening (fever is registered at 100.4 or higher)

Symptom checking through Google Form

Rapid testing (a second one to ensure the PCR was not a false negative)
After cleared by the Hospitality team, attendees and staff members will sanitize their hands at designated cleaning stations or washing with soap for 20 seconds before heading into the main cabin.

Cleaning Stations
Cleaning stations will be located outside main exits and entry locations.
Will consist of hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, etc.

Personal Items
All belongings must be kept separated as much as possible.
Do not enter someone’s space and area without permission.
Do not touch anyone’s belongings without permission.

Activities
Immediately before and after activities, attendees and staff must wash their hands for at least 20 seconds with soap.
Bandanas will be given to attendees to keep. Attendees must hold on to their individual bandanas throughout the duration of camp.
Approved masks will be mandatory as well as practicing social distancing during non-activity times.
Materials used during activities will be sanitized before and after use.
